After independently releasing two promo tracks in 2021, the band unleashed its four-track EP "Assault to the Coffin" in 2022 through Polish label Fallen Temple, which was very well received in the band's local scene.
GRAVEYARD WINDS's debut full-length album, "Those, Who Come with the Mist," will be released through Awakening Records on November 28, 2025. Featuring drummer Josh Kano, lead guitarist Sebas Valencia, vocalist Mauricio Arcila "Klisgor," bassist Camilo "Slayer" Londoño, and rhythm guitarist Carlos Zea, GRAVEYARD WINDS has crafted eight gloomy, atmospheric, and brutal tracks.
Leading off the album is the band's titular track, which fully captures GRAVEYARD WINDS's sonic blueprint. The ominous sampled intro, decorated with haunting, howling winds and a tolling bell, captures a horror-esque atmosphere in the vein of BLACK SABBATH's "Black Sabbath" and METALLICA's "For Whom the Bell Tolls."
Meanwhile, the following tracks — "Funerary Nymphs," "Hyperboreal Cavernosities," "Spectrum," and "Escape of 1692" — capture a precision-like fury, while the lyrical content explores classic horror literature. Standout track and album closer "The Heavens Were Cursing My Destiny" hammers the proverbial nail into the coffin with its furious dynamics and malevolent musical delivery.
