Antagonizör is a three-piece Metal Punk band based out of Gainesville, Florida, USA, and Taiwan. The group consists of two biker babes on bass and guitar and their drum slave. The band used to be primarily influenced by Discharge and Motörhead delivering hard-hitting dbeat punk songs, but has since evolved with a more dynamic sound.
On our first full-length album "Edgelords from Hell", which was self-released on Feb 28th digitally on all streaming services, Bandcamp, and on CD, the group blends old-school heavy metal, first-wave black metal, hardcore punk, and speed metal into a genre-defying onslaught of aggressive sound. The lyrics incorporate themes of blasphemy, lust, rebellion, and anti-authoritarianism. Onstage, the group brings forth unhinged, powerful energy with theatrics that make their live sets unforgettable.
Antagonizör has just released their debut album entitled "Edgelords From Hell" where we can be possessed by an overwhelming sound where the influences of dark Punk Metal are well marked in the thirteen tracks presented with fury and where perversity is permanent and where the demons of Punk Metal were not indifferent to the call for the sonic lust presented here.
